Dennis Park
Broker/General Manager
Dennis has over four decades of real estate experience, including development of small residential subdivisions, commercial and retail properties. He has been the recipient of multiple sales achievement awards, including Agent of The Year and was recently recognized as Realtor of the Year by the Women’s Council of Realtors. Additionally, he obtained certifications as a Senior Appraiser, Certified Residential Specialist and served as Chairman of the County Permit Appeals Board and as a Grand Jury Committee Chairman.
In addition, Dennis served on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club, was Volunteer of the Year for Big Brothers and Sisters and has continually been involved in many other civic activities. He has authored articles which have appeared in Realtor Magazine, North Bay Biz Magazine, the North Bay Business Journal and other trade publications. Additionally, he has been a speaker at real estate symposiums and at national real estate conventions in Las Vegas and Cleveland.
Dennis is a a certified SCUBA diver, licensed pilot and former member of the Parachute Club of America and served a tour of duty with the U.S. Naval Amphibious Forces in Vietnam 1966-1967.
Teresa Park
Realtor
Teresa has been involved in the financial services industry for over 20 years and has an extensive background in banking, title, escrow and real estate. Besides winning numerous sales achievement awards, Teresa is a Certified Relocation Specialist. This knowledge combined with her desire to work diligently for her clients, allows Teresa to provide a high level of professional service in an atmosphere of good communication and results.
Helping families achieve their real estate goals is the cornerstone of Teresa’s career; and she is fluent in both English and Spanish which allows her to serve a wide range of customer needs in the greater North Bay. She is also a member of the Luxury Marketing Council of San Francisco and of the Park Wine Country Group.
Additionally she is involved in charitable organizations ranging from the Windsor Community Center, the Children's Village, the Red Cross, and is a frequent ‘foster mom’ to dogs in need of finding a new home.
Teresa is well traveled and enjoys the experience of visiting other countries and cultures, and believes that it broadens her compassion and understanding of people in all walks of life.
